On 31 May the BHW GROUP Ltd acquired Recovery Equipment Direct
(RED). Previous owner, Philip Page will continue to remain involved with the business, and the existing staff and operating base in Warwick are being retained.
BHW’s Managing Director, Robert Ayres said: “We are delighted to welcome RED into our Group.
